Wolfhound Irish whiskey is distilled at the Cooley Distillery (named Distillery of the Year by Malt Advocate and European Distiller of the Year for three consecutive years at the annual International Wine and Spirits Competition). The distillery dates to 1779 and is one of only three distilleries in Ireland. Located on the Cooley Peninsula north-east of Dublin.
