3 oz.Gionelli Prosecco
1/2 oz.Gionelli Orange Grande
1/2 oz.Mark One Vodka
4 eachKumquat
1/2 oz.Pure Cane Syrup
Place fruit in bottom of mixing glass along with cane syrup and muddle. Add ice, vodka, and orange grande. Cap with mixing tin and shake. Strain into a champagne flute and top off with Prosecco. A quarter of an orange maybe substituted for the Kumquats.
