3 1/2 oz.Luccio Moscato d'Asti
1 oz.Elderflower Syrup
4 eachFresh Mint Leaves
2 eachPineapple Wedge
Place Pineapple, Mint and Elderflower syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass and muddle. Add ice, cover and shake for a few seconds. Stain into Champagne flute and top with Moscato d'Asti.
